this website, for the same room type and dates,
and rate payment requirements (e.g. full prepayment
requirement) and restrictions, we will not only
match the lower rate you have found, but will also
reward you for bringing it to our attention!
Here is how our Lowest Internet Rate Guarantee
works:
- Let's assume that you book a two-night at
the Parkway Plaza Hotel for a rate of $90
- Within 24 hours, you find a rate of $85 through
another website for the same dates and same room
type at the Parkway Plaza.
- Complete the Lowest
Internet Rate Guarantee Claim Form to
claim the Lowest Internet Rate
Guarantee.
- If we verify that indeed your booking with us
is confirmed and a lower rate is available and
bookable via another website, The Parkway Plaza
Hotel will honor that rate for the nights for which
the lower rate was found, plus give you a Coupon
for FREE Breakfast or Two in the Parkway Café,
and FREE Drinks in “All that Jazz”.
Terms and Conditions
The Parkway Plaza guarantees to provide the lowest
on-line bookable rate for hotel room reservations
at the hotel available to the general public on
the Internet, subject to the following terms and
conditions:
If you find a publicly
available and immediately bookable room-only
rate on the
Internet for the
Parkway Plaza Hotel ("Competing Rate")
that is lower than the room rate available for
the same reservation on www.parkwayplaza.net (i.e.,
same hotel, same type of room, same number of guests,
same dates of stay and same length of stay), then
prior to or within 24 hours of booking the reservation
on www.parkwayplaza.net, complete
the Lowest
Internet Rate Guarantee Claim Form to
claim the Lowest Internet Rate Guarantee.
This Guarantee does not apply to:
- Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand
and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking
is finalized. Examples of these types of sites
include but are not limited to, Priceline and Hotwire.
- Web sites that "package" travel, entertainment,
hotel and/or food components such as airfare and
hotel stay, hotel stay and car rental, hotel stay
and restaurant voucher, etc. Examples of package
websites include but are not limited to Site 59
and Delta Vacations.
- Packaged rates that include taxes, service charges,
meals, coupons, services, or other amenities.
- Qualified discount rates including, but not limited
to, Government, AAA or Senior Citizen Discounts.
- Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations,
travel agencies, groups, associations or other
rates that are specifically agreed upon by the
Parkway Plaza and a specified and limited group,
and are not publicly available.
