Halloween Treat Trail The Halloween Treat Trail returns to Old Town this year. Last year hundreds of people stood in line in a snowstorm to check out this event and any one of them would tell you it was worth the wait and to get here early this year..... We`re open from 4pm to 9pm and 24 local Casper vendors will be here with treats and surprises.
